Amir Club Terms & Conditions – Full Platform Usage Policy & Your Rights

1Introduction & Eligibility

Amir club (amirclub.com) is an online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions serve as a legal agreement between amir club and all of its registered members.

Access to this platform is permitted only to individuals who: (a) are 18 years of age or older; (b) have registered using their own identity and provided accurate information; (c) are not subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting them from online gaming.

By creating an account on amir club or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them.

2Account Registration

All members registering with amir club are required to provide accurate and complete information. The key registration rules are as follows:

• Each person may hold only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same phone number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be your own and must remain active.
• Registering with a false name, someone else's identity, or fabricated information will result in account termination.
• A national ID card or other government-issued identification document may be requested during account verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed.

Amir club reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing a reason.

3Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your amir club account password and login details secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including amir club's own support team.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity or transaction, contact support immediately.
• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
• Keep two-step verification (OTP) enabled — it adds a strong layer of protection to your account.

If unauthorized access to your account results in a loss, and it is determined that your own negligence was the cause, amir club will not be held liable.

4Deposits & Payments

Amir club currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Key deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Your account balance will be credited within 1–3 minutes of a successful deposit.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and may be returned.
• A reference number must be used for each deposit. Without a reference number, the deposit process may be delayed.

Amir club does not charge any fees on deposits. However, mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their individual policies.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply for withdrawals from amir club:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the mobile number registered on your account.
• OTP verification is mandatory at the time of withdrawal.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 3 to 60 minutes depending on your VIP level.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could result in processing delays.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at amir club come with their own terms. However, some general rules apply to all offers:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered the required number of times. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its terms.
• Duration: Bonuses are generally valid for a limited time. Any unused bonus balance will be cancelled once the validity period expires.
• One-Time Benefit: The welcome bonus is available to each registered member once only.
• Multiple bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the terms of the bonus claimed first will apply first.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or other irregular means will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses forfeited.

7Betting Rules

Key betting rules at amir club:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• If a bet is accepted at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, amir club reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds.
• Bets placed after a match has ended or after the designated betting window has closed will not be accepted.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the bet amount for that event is generally refunded.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

Amir club's analysis section helps members make informed decisions. However, any analysis or forecast is provided for informational purposes only – no outcomes are guaranteed.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on amir club. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or maintaining more than one account.
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Deliberately structuring transactions to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Betting related to match-fixing or violations of sports integrity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated tools.

If amir club has reasonable grounds to suspect that a member's activity involves any of the above, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.

9Responsible Gaming

Amir club is committed to responsible betting and provides members with several tools to help protect themselves:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set from your account settings.
• Betting limits: You can also set a cap on the total amount wagered within a specific time period.
• Self-Exclusion: A member can lock their account for a specific period of time if they choose to do so.
• Reality check: During extended betting sessions, the system will remind you how long you've been playing.

10Account Suspension & Termination

Account closure or termination can occur in two ways:

• At the member's request: Any member who wishes to close their account may do so by contacting support. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balance will be provided before closure.
• At amir club's initiative: amir club may terminate any account due to a breach of terms, fraud, or other serious reasons. In such cases, decisions regarding any forfeited balance will depend on the circumstances.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months) may be subject to review, and the account holder will be notified.

11Limitation of Liability

Amir club will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a cancelled bet or loss resulting from an internet connection issue.
• If login credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence and a loss results from it.
• When a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• In the event of a brief service disruption caused by an unexpected technical error.

Amir club is committed to maintaining uninterrupted service at all times. Should any issue arise, we are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible. Reporting a problem to support ensures it is handled on a priority basis.

12Changes to Terms & Conditions

Amir club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
• The date of changes and the sections amended will be updated on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
